ERTELEME HASTALIÐI

(PROCRASTÝNATÝON)

Hayatýn doðal bir saati vardýr.

Bu saati öne almak ya da ertelemek ikisi de insaný yorar.

Ýnsan güneþ ve ay gibi hatta onlarla baðlantýlý hareket etmeli.

Güneþ ve ayýn hareketlerine dikkatle baktýðýmýzda;

Sürekli bir deðiþim ancak ayný deðiþim içerisinde sürekli bir istikrar görürüz.

Güneþle kalk, onun hareketlerine göre gününü planla ve yaþa;

Ayý takip ederek dinlenme, uyku, okuma/dinlenme, rehabilitasyon ve kendini þarj etme gibi iþlerini tamamla.

Gündüzü ayrý akþam ve geçeði ayrý planla ve asla erteleme.

Ve erteleme hastalýðýnýn en kronik belirtisi orta namazý (sabah namazý) ihmal edilmesidir.

Hayatýn doðal saatinde iþ çekirdeðin geliþmesinde olduðu gibi toprak altýnda (karanlýkta) baþlýyor.

Günler güneþin batýþý ile baþlýyor, dolayýsýyla vakit cetvelini onlara göre yaptýðýmýz ilk namaz akþam namazýdýr.

Ýkinci namaz yatsý namazý, üçüncü yani orta namaz ise sabah namazýdýr.

Sabah namazýna (orta namaz) hazýrlýk akþam ve geceyi iyi planlamakla baþlar.

Gündüz (maiþet zamaný) yaptýðýmýz bütün iþler okuduðumuz/dinlediðimiz/konuþtuðumuz kýsaca; otomatik olarak –istemsiz de olsa-bilinç altýmýza aldýðýmýz her þey gece uykusunda beyne iþlenir.

O sebeple ortalama 8 saat huzurlu bir uyku çok deðerlidir.

Ýlk erteleme sabah namazýnda camii de olmamaktýr.

Sonrasý sabah namazý vaktinden geciktiðiniz kadar ve bütün güne olumsuz etki eder.

Peygamberimiz (s.a.v.), “iþlerin en hayýrlýsý vaktinde kýlýnan namazdýr” sözü ile her iþin erteleme olmadan vaktinde yapýlmasýna dikkat çekmiþtir.

Yine “erteleyenler helak olmuþtur” cümlesiyle hayatta en öncelikli iþimizin vakti iyi bir plan ve programla deðerlendirmenin önemini vurgulamýþtýr.

“Konfor çürütür” gerçeði ertelemenin altýndaki önde gelen sebep olan konfor kuyusuna düþmememiz için en deðerli gerekçe olabilir.

“Erteleme Hastalýðý” insaný diðer hayvanlardan ayýrýp imtihana muhatap eden “irade” kuvvetinin yanlýþ veya eksik kullanýmýyla insana bulaþýr.

Ýnsanýn ontolojisi (varlýðý) edindiði epistemoloji sayesinde kullanacaðý iradeye dayanýr.

Ya bilgiyi amele dönüþtüren iraden ile her gün insan kalmaya çalýþýrsýn ya da bir defa bulaþan erteleme hastalýðý seni kanser gibi kuþatýr ve hayvandan daha aþaðýya düþersin.

Ýrade Terbiyesi için ayný isimdeki kitabý olan Jules Payot’u okumayý öneriyorum.

Procrastination Disease

Life has a natural clock.

Advancing or delaying this clock both tires people.

People should act like the sun and the moon, and even in connection with them.

When we look carefully at the movements of the sun and the moon;

We see a constant change but a constant stability within the same change.

Get up with the sun, plan and live your day according to its movements;

Complete your tasks such as resting, sleeping, reading/resting, rehabilitation and recharging yourself by following the moon.

Plan the day separately, the evening and the night separately and never postpone.

And the most chronic symptom of the disease of procrastination is neglecting the middle prayer (morning prayer).

In the natural hour of life, work begins underground (in the dark) as in the development of the seed.

Days begin with sunset, so the first prayer we make the timetable according to them is the evening prayer.

The second prayer is the night prayer, and the third, middle prayer, is the morning prayer.

Preparation for the morning prayer (middle prayer) begins with planning the evening and night well. All the work we do during the day (livelihood time), everything we read/listen/talk about; in short, everything we automatically –even if unintentionally- take into our subconscious, is processed into our brain during night sleep.

For this reason, an average of 8 hours of peaceful sleep is very valuable.

The first delay is not being in the mosque for morning prayer.

After that, it will have a negative effect on the whole day as much as you are late for morning prayer.

Our Prophet (pbuh) drew attention to the fact that every job should be done on time without any delay with the saying, “The best of jobs is the prayer performed on time.”

Again, with the sentence, “Those who procrastinate are destroyed,” he emphasized the importance of evaluating our most important job in life with a good plan and program.

The fact that “comfort rots” may be the most valuable reason for us not to fall into the well of comfort, which is the leading reason behind procrastination.

“Procrastination Disease” is transmitted to humans through the wrong or incomplete use of the “will” force that separates humans from other animals and puts them to the test.

The ontology (existence) of humans is based on the will they will use thanks to the epistemology they have acquired.

Either you try to remain human every day with your will that transforms knowledge into action, or the disease of procrastination that you have contracted once surrounds you like cancer and you fall lower than an animal.

Let’s live this short world, the capital of eternal life, on its time/hour.

Let’s not procrastinate!

Let us listen to the Messenger of Allah; let us plant the tree in our hands even if we know that the apocalypse will come soon.
