MÝKROFONLA EZAN OKUNURKEN SAÐA/SOLA DÖNÜLÜR MÜ?

Köyümüzde elektrik yokken hoca minarenin þerefinde ezaný dönerek okurdu.

Kýbleye gelen minarenin kapýsýnda “Allah-u Ekber” ile baþlar.

Okuyarak ezaný yine ayný yerde “Lailahe illa’l-Allah” ile tamamlardý.

Cami içinde de mikrofon yokken bütün cemaate ulaþmak için saða/sola dönerlerdi.

Þimdi mikrofonla olurken hoparlörler sesi bütün caminin her tarafýna daðýtýyor.

Birkaç imama/müezzine sordum:

Niye dönüyorsunuz?

“Sünnet, Bilal-i Habeþ-i böyle okuyordu”dediler.

Ýslam’da veya her hakikat/hidayete dair konuda iþin iki kýsmý vardýr:

1.Cevher/Öz/Asýl/Mazruf

2.Araz/Kabuk/Teferruat/Zarf

Ezan/Kâmet’ten kasýt namaza davettir.

Bu çaðrýnýn helal dairede ve en kolay, israfa kaçmayan þekliyle tasarrufu insan aklý ve kalbine býrakýlmýþtýr.

Hýzla deðiþen ve dönüþen dünyada son zamanlarda biz kelamcýlarýn en çok tekrar ettiði cümleler þunlar oldu:

“Ýslam’da makasýt sabit, vesail deðiþkendir. Akaid esaslarý anayasa, onlarýn hayata tatbikine dair hükümler kanun/tüzük/yönetmeliktir. Akaid sabit ama vesailin sürekli “güncellenmesi” Ýslam’ýn hayata dair önerilerinin tazeliði açýsýndan önemlidir.”

Ýslam’ýn Kuran ve Sahih hadislerle belirlenmiþ akaidi Ýmam Hanefi’nin istihsan yaklaþýmý ile “kumaþ”, týp diliyle ifade etmek gerekirse “kök hücre”, biliþim lisanýyla söylemek gerekirse “kod” olarak kabul edilmelidir.

Ýþin ehli öncelikle kendine sonra talep edene; Ýslam’ýn makasýdý olan akaide dair “kumaþ/kök hücre/kod” larý “kiþiye özel” uyarlamalýdýr.

Bu yaklaþým Mecelle’de þu cümle ile ifade edilmiþtir:

"Ezmanýn tagayyürü ile ahkâmýn tagayyürü inkâr olunamaz (zamanýn deðiþmesi ile hükümlerin deðiþmesi inkar olunamaz)"

Hazýr giyimcilerin yaptýðý gibi Ýslam’ý farazi yorumlarla düzenleyip askýya asýp; iþin ehli olmayana “bak hepsi burada hazýr, kendine uyaný giy” veya “Kuran/Sahih Sünnet ecza hanesinde her derde ilaç var, gir, bul, al, uygula, þifayý kap” demek evrensel bütün zaman ve mekânlara hitap eden Ýslam’ýn yaklaþýmý olamaz.

When there was no electricity in our village, the hodja would recite the call to prayer in honor of the minaret.

It begins with "Allah-u Akbar" at the door of the minaret facing the qibla.

He would read and complete the adhan with "Lailahe illa'l-Allah" in the same place.

When there was no microphone inside the mosque, they would turn left/right to reach the entire congregation.

Now, while it happens with the microphone, the speakers distribute the sound all over the mosque.

I asked a few imams/muezzins:

Why are you returning?

They said, "This is how the Sunnah read Bilal-i Habeþ-i."

In Islam or every matter of truth/guidance, there are two parts to the work:

1.Ore/Essence/Original/Contained

2. Part/Shell/Details/Envelope

What is meant by Adhan/Kamet is an invitation to prayer.

It is left to the human mind and heart to dispose of this call in a halal and easiest way, without being wasteful.

In the rapidly changing and transforming world, the most repeated sentences by us theologians lately are:

“In Islam, the purpose is fixed and the means are variable. The principles of belief are the constitution, and the provisions regarding their application to life are laws/statutes/regulations. "The belief is fixed, but the constant "updating" of the means is important for the freshness of Islam's suggestions on life."

With Imam Hanafi's istihsan approach, which is the belief of Islam determined by the Quran and authentic hadiths, it should be considered as "fabric", in medical terms "stem cells", in informatics language, "code".

The competent person is responsible first for himself and then for those who demand it; The "fabric/stem cell/code" regarding the creed, which is the purpose of Islam, should be adapted "personally".

This approach is expressed in the following sentence in Mecelle:

"It cannot be denied that the rules change with the change of the prayer (the change of the rules with the change of time cannot be denied)"

Just like ready-made clothing manufacturers, they organize Islam with hypothetical interpretations and hang it on the hanger; Saying to those who are not competent, "Look, they are all ready here, wear what suits you" or "There is medicine for every problem in the Quran/Sahih Sunnah pharmacy, go in, find it, buy it, apply it, get the cure" cannot be the approach of Islam, which is universal and appeals to all times and places.
