AÝLE YILINDA KAMU-STK DENGESÝ (AÝLE VAKFI ÖNERÝSÝ)

Ýçinde “gönül” olmayan her iþ eksiktir.

“Gönül öyle ulvi bir kelimedir ki; “alçak” kelimesini dahi yanýna aldýðýnda onu kanatlandýrýr. (Fethi Gemuhluoðlu)

Toplumlarýn deðiþiminde asýl aktör gönüllü kiþilerin yaptýðý çalýþmalardýr.

Gönüllü çalýþmalar; bir “menfaat” gözetilmediði ve içinde “dikte” olmadýðý, “mesai” mefhumu gözetilmediði için toplumun derinliklerine bir “su gibi” nüfuz ederler.

Anadolu’nun Türkleþmesi ve Ýslamlaþmasý’nda arslan payý yine gönüllü teþekküllere aittir.

Ýslam’ýn Anadolu’daki yayýlýþýný -Aþýkpaþaoðlu’nun yaptýðý dörtlü tasnif “þablon” olarak tarihçiler tarafýndan kullanýlmýþtýr- dört grup etkili olmuþtur. Bunlar:

1.Gaziyaný Rum,

2.Baciyaný Rum,

3.Ahiyaný Rum,

4.Abdalaný Rum’dur.

Bu dört grup 900 lü yýllardan itibaren Anadolu’ya gelmiþ ve birbiriyle kardeþlik, dayanýþma duygularý içinde faaliyet göstermiþlerdir. Gaziler, Bacýlar, Ahiler ve Abdallar Peygamberimizin Hz Ali’ye söylediði hadisi ideal olarak almýþlar ve hiçbir zaman hadisin manasýný unutmamýþlardýr.

Resulullah Hayber’in fethiyle görevlendirdiði Hz Ali’ye þöyle demiþti: ”Vallahi senin vesilenle bir kiþinin imana hidayete ermesi üzerine güneþ doðan her þeyden daha hayýrlýdýr. ” Çoðu Türkmen olan bu gaziler Anadolu’daki Ýslami faaliyetleri “örgütlü davet” þeklinde yürütüyorlar ve bu dört grup birbirleriyle yardýmlaþýyor, birbirlerinin eksiðini tamamlýyorlardý.

Anadolu Gazileri yýllar süren davet ve gayri nizamý gazalar sonucu ülfet peyda ettiði Anadolu’nun Rum halkýyla yaþamaya alýþmýþlardý. Zaten Gazilerin mücadele ettiði asýlzadeler, toprak aðalarý, tekfurlar ve Bizans yönetimi Anadolu halkýný yýllardýr sömürerek canlarýndan bezdirmiþlerdi.

2025 Devletimiz tarafýndan “Aile Yýlý”ilan edildi.

Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanlýðý çalýþmalarýný birlikte, el ele yürütecek bir “Aile Vakfý” acilen kurulmalýdýr.

Siyasetten baðýmsýz gerçekten aile hususunda çalýþmalarla ön plana çýkan kiþi ve kurumlar bu çatý altýnda toplanmalý ve iþin “gönül” kýsmý tamam edilmelidir.

Diyanet Vakfý’ný çýkardýðýnda DÝB çok kuru, etkisiz ve renksiz bir teþkilat olarak kalacaktýr.

2004 yýlýndan günümüze “Aile” odaklý çalýþma yapan “Aileyi Destekleme Derneði” YK Baþkaný olarak baþta Cumhurbaþkanýmýz Recep Tayyip Erdoðan ve ASPB Mahinur Özdemir Göktaþ’a çaðrýda bulunuyor ve “Aile Vakfý” ile ilgili müjdeyi bekliyoruz.

Bu konuyu çalýþanlara Batý’dan Hollanda Amsterdam merkezli “Spirit Foundation (Kuruluþ 1520)”, Osmanlý’dan “Irzahaneler (Süt Annelik Vakýflarý)” gibi örnekleri inlemelerini tavsiye ediyorum.

Kamu (Devlet) toplumsal deðiþimin kaba inþaatýný (%45) yapar.

Gönüllü Teþekküller (STK’lar) toplumsal dönüþümün ince iþlerini (%55) ifa eder.

2025 yýlý gerçekten Aile yýlý olacaksa; en önemli ve ilk adým aileye yönelik bütün gönüllü hareketlerin koordine edileceði “Aile Vakfý” nýn kurulmasý olmalýdýr.

Public-NGO Balance in the Year of the Family (Family Foundation Proposal)

The main actor in the change of societies is the work done by volunteers.

Voluntary work; Since no "interest" is taken into account, there is no "dictation" in it, and the concept of "work" is not taken into consideration, they penetrate into the depths of society "like water".

The lion's share in the Turkification and Islamization of Anatolia belongs to voluntary organizations.

Four groups were effective in the spread of Islam in Anatolia - the four-fold classification made by Aþýkpaþaoðlu was used by historians as a "template". These:

1. Gaziani Greek,

2.Baciyan Greek,

3.Ahyan Greek,

4. His Abdala is Greek.

These four groups came to Anatolia since the 900s and operated with a sense of brotherhood and solidarity with each other. Gazis, Sisters, Ahis and Abdals took the hadith that our Prophet said to Hazrat Ali as an ideal and never forgot the meaning of the hadith.

The Messenger of Allah said to Hz. Ali, whom he assigned with the conquest of Khaybar: "I swear, the sun rising when a person is guided to the faith through you is better than anything else. These veterans, most of whom were Turkmen, carried out Islamic activities in Anatolia in the form of "organized invitation", and these four groups helped each other and completed each other's shortcomings.

Anatolian Veterans had become accustomed to living with the Greek people of Anatolia, with whom they had formed an allyship as a result of years of invitations and irregular wars. In fact, the nobles, landowners, lords and Byzantine administration that the Gazis were fighting against had been exploiting and harassing the Anatolian people for years.

2025 was declared the "Year of the Family" by our State.

A "Family Foundation" that will carry out the work of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies together and hand in hand should be established urgently.

Individuals and institutions that stand out with their work on family, independent of politics, should be gathered under this roof and the "heart" part of the work should be completed.

If it removes the Diyanet Foundation, DIB will remain a very dry, ineffective and colorless organization.

As the Chairman of the Board of the "Family Support Association", which has been working on "Family" since 2004, we call on our President Recep Tayyip Erdoðan and ASPB Mahinur Özdemir Göktaþ and wait for the good news about the "Family Foundation".

I recommend those working on this subject to study examples from the West such as the "Spirit Foundation (Established in 1520)" based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the "Irzahaneler (Wet Nursing Foundations)" from the Ottoman Empire.

The public (State) carries out the rough construction of social change (45%).

Voluntary Organizations (NGOs) perform the fine work of social transformation (55%).

If 2025 will truly be the year of the Family; The most important and first step should be the establishment of the "Family Foundation", where all voluntary movements for the family will be coordinated.
